BPNIC Memo, January 2008
Dear friends,
The holiday period was a time for us to take a break and
express joy, and also a time of hope and assertion that a
Palestinian State will be established, with its countrymen
and women living in peace along side her Jewish neighbor.
When we return to our place of work, let us not forget that
our undertaking continues. We have a busy year ahead of us
and there are many important issues that are still blocking
the path to peace.
Given the holiday period has ended, I would like to invite
you all to make a New Year's resolution if one has not been
made already. As we have demonstrated through the
Palestinian National Interest Committee, I would like for
you to reaffirm your commitment to work together
cooperatively and consistently with each other, with a view
to achieve a final peace with Israel in 2008.
May I sincerely thank you all for your hard work, and wish
you all a very happy ending of the holiday.
