Israel must exercise self-control and regulate its military activities and above all end its occupation of Palestinian land.
Israel is a colonial government, whose involvement in peace talks thus far has not altered its policy to allow for a nation of Palestine to exist. Instead of using previous peace agreements the last few years to work towards better relations with the Palestinians, Israel continues to endorse military assaults in the Palestinian territories.
A nation for Palestinians will not become a reality until the Israeli government renounces its forced conditions and aggressive behavior towards Palestinians.
Israel sets a clear path for Palestinians by dictating where, how and when their nation will exist - but until Israel ceases to force its internal state of affairs coupled with how it will exist, peace will continue to be easier said than done.
