Proposal for a Memorandum of Agreement: PNA-Brazil

Through our members, we will fulfill our ultimate mission. Our organization will continue to:

• Promote peaceful solutions through the United States
  
  
• Provide lobbying services promoting the interests of Palestinian nationalists in the fields of legislation and regulation, and endorsing changes making the Palestinians be the sole representation of the Palestinian people in Brazil.
  
  
• Establish new educational programs in Brazil and the Palestinian territories as well as career and economic assistance programs
  
  
• Preparing a new generation of leadership for a future Palestinian state
  
  
• Establish new student foreign exchange programs:
  
  
• Bring Brazilian graduate students into the United States
  
  
• Bring high school Palestinian students from Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza into Brazil
  
  
• Ultimately work toward the creation of a Palestinian state
